Redondo Beach, CA (November 21, 2024) – A tragic solo-vehicle crash late Wednesday night at the intersection of Palos Verdes Blvd and South Catalina Ave in Redondo Beach left one man dead and a woman with minor injuries.
The collision occurred around 11:17 PM PST when the vehicle reportedly struck a light pole and burst into flames. Emergency responders arrived to extinguish the fire and assist the occupants of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the male driver succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The female passenger sustained minor injuries and received medical attention.
