Worth County, IA (December 29, 2024) – A tragic head-on collision on I-35 in Worth County claimed the lives of three people on Saturday, according to the Iowa State Patrol (ISP). The fatal crash involved a Volkswagen EOS and a Chevrolet Silverado.
Authorities reported that the Volkswagen EOS was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of I-35 after crossing the median. The Chevrolet Silverado was traveling northbound on I-35 when the two vehicles collided head-on. The impact of the crash resulted in three fatalities.
