Wilkes-Barre, PA (September 18, 2024) – A bicyclist tragically lost his life after being struck by a car at the intersection of Market St and River St on Tuesday evening, September 17. Officers responded to the crash around 5 p.m. and treated the victim at the scene before transporting him to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
