Rear-End Collisions in Minnesota
Rear-end collisions are among the most common types of crashes in Minnesota, especially on high-traffic highways like Hwy 371. These accidents often occur when drivers fail to maintain a safe following distance or become distracted behind the wheel.
According to the Minnesota Department of Public Safety (DPS), thousands of rear-end crashes occur across the state annually, frequently leading to whiplash, back injuries, and other serious conditions. Even in low-speed collisions, victims may suffer injuries requiring medical care, physical therapy, and time off work.
Minnesota law allows injured drivers to seek compensation if another party’s negligence contributed to a crash. Working with legal professionals can help accident victims navigate insurance claims, medical expenses, and financial recovery.
