For reasons that remain unclear, Muegge’s vehicle crossed the median and entered southbound traffic, leading to a head-on collision with a white Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Ashley Jett. Unfortunately, Sandra Muegge, 73, who was a passenger in the Blazer, succumbed to her injuries as a result of the crash.
