Ventura, CA (October 2, 2024) – A traffic collision occurred at approximately 5:44 PM on Tuesday at 3735 Almond Drive, involving a vehicle and a 12-year-old male pedestrian. Emergency services responded promptly to the scene to provide assistance.
Initial reports indicated that the incident involved a blue Ford Ranger, which was identified by its license plate number, 94340U3. As first responders arrived, they assessed the situation and provided medical attention to the injured pedestrian. By 6:04 PM, it was confirmed that the Ventura County Fire Department (VCFD) was on the scene, and they transported the injured boy to Ventura County Medical Center (VCMC) for further evaluation.
By 6:31 PM, inquiries were made regarding the extent of the injuries sustained by the juvenile. Fortunately, by 6:35 PM, updates from VCMC indicated that the young male was stable and currently undergoing a CT scan to ensure there were no serious injuries.
