Van Buren County, MI (September 19, 2024) – A serious two-car accident on Wednesday evening at Red Arrow Hwy and CR 681 resulted in multiple injuries. Emergency crews responded to the scene just before 6:30 p.m., where one vehicle had reportedly rolled over several times. Bystanders were performing CPR on one victim when officers arrived. First responders continued life-saving measures and transported all injured parties to hospitals.
Initial investigations revealed that a 2001 Chevrolet Tracker with five teenage females failed to stop at a stop sign, hitting a 2012 Ford Focus with four men. Several individuals in both vehicles were not wearing seatbelts and sustained injuries. Two teenagers remain in critical condition.
