Pedestrian Accidents in Arizona
Pedestrian accidents are a growing concern in Arizona, particularly in high-traffic areas like Tucson. Factors such as speeding, driver distraction, and failure to yield at crosswalks contribute to many of these incidents. Intersections like N Campbell Ave and E Blacklidge Dr can be especially dangerous, given the mix of vehicle and foot traffic.
Arizona law requires drivers to yield to pedestrians in marked crosswalks, and pedestrians should always remain alert when crossing busy streets. In the event of a crash, injured pedestrians may have legal options to seek compensation for medical bills, lost wages, and other damages. Consulting with a knowledgeable professional can help victims understand their rights and take the necessary steps toward recovery.
