Tucson, AZ (March 5, 2025) – At least one person was killed, and another was critically injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 near milepost 272 at Rita Rd on Wednesday.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the crash involved multiple vehicles. The Tucson Fire Department confirmed that one vehicle rolled over, trapping the driver inside. That individual was extricated and transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the second vehicle involved did not survive the crash. Authorities have not yet released the identities of those involved, and an investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the collision.
