Truck Accidents in Texas
Accidents involving large commercial trucks, such as 18-wheelers, are unfortunately common across Texas, especially on highways like State Highway 94, where large vehicles often travel at high speeds or transport oversized loads. These accidents can be particularly catastrophic due to the sheer size and weight of the trucks involved.
According to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), truck accidents account for a significant portion of traffic fatalities in the state each year. Factors such as driver fatigue, mechanical failures, or poor road conditions can lead to accidents involving these large vehicles, often causing severe injuries or fatalities.
For families impacted by fatal truck accidents, navigating the aftermath can be emotionally and financially overwhelming. Understanding one’s legal options for seeking justice and compensation is critical to recovering from such a loss.
