Trenton, NJ (February 23, 2025) – A fire broke out on the top floor of the Luther Arms Apartments on the 300 block of South Broad Street, leaving two residents injured, according to the Trenton Fire Department.
Fire crews arrived at the scene to battle the flames and assist residents in evacuating the building. Ewing Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to provide medical aid, with at least one of the injured victims being transported to Capital Health for treatment. Authorities have not disclosed the severity of the injuries at this time.
Firefighters worked to contain the blaze and prevent further damage to the apartment complex. The cause of the fire remains under investigation, and officials have not yet provided further details regarding the extent of property damage.
