Swatara Twp., PA (February 12, 2025) – Six people, including four juveniles, were hospitalized following a head-on collision in Swatara Township on Tuesday night.
According to Dauphin County dispatchers, emergency crews responded to reports of a two-car crash in the 7100 block of Chambers Hill Rd around 6:52 p.m. Units from the Swatara Police Department and Fire Company 91 arrived at the scene and found a severe head-on collision with multiple victims.
Emergency responders were quick to the scene, providing care to the injured victims. The six individuals involved—four juveniles and two adults—suffered non-life-threatening injuries. All were transported to Hershey Medical Center for further evaluation and treatment.
Authorities have not yet determined the cause of the crash, though officials believe weather conditions may have played a role. The investigation remains ongoing.
