Susquehanna Township, PA (September 19, 2024) – A fatal crash occurred early on Thursday morning in the 2200 block of Walnut St. Two vehicles collided around 2:30 a.m. near the National Civil War Museum. Both drivers were transported to nearby hospitals with injuries. Sadly, one driver was pronounced dead later at the hospital. Their identity has not yet been released. Authorities confirmed that no other passengers were in either vehicle.

The crash left both vehicles with significant front-end damage. All lanes of Walnut St were closed for hours while the scene was cleared. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are expected to provide updates as more details become available.
