Intersection Accidents in Missouri
Intersections are among the most common sites for traffic collisions, often caused by drivers failing to obey traffic signals, yielding improperly, or distracted driving. These types of accidents can result in significant injuries and damages, especially when vehicles collide at high speeds.
In Missouri, traffic laws mandate that drivers stop at designated signs and yield to vehicles with the right of way. Failure to comply can lead to severe legal and financial consequences for at-fault drivers.
For victims of such crashes, recovering from injuries and addressing property damage often requires dealing with insurance companies and, in some cases, legal proceedings. Seeking professional guidance can help simplify this process and ensure fair compensation.
