Staten Island, NY (January 23, 2025) – Emergency responders were called to the scene of a three-car collision in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Staten Island on Thursday morning, where two people sustained injuries.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Knox Pl and Slosson Ave. Firefighters and EMS arrived at approximately 7:55 a.m. after receiving reports of a person possibly trapped inside a vehicle. However, responders later confirmed that no individuals were trapped.
First responders, including paramedics, assessed and treated those injured in the crash. Two individuals were transported to a local hospital for further medical evaluation. Authorities have not yet released details on the severity of their injuries.
