St. Louis, MO – One Injured in Rear-End Accident on I-70 at MO 141

St. Louis, MO (September 13, 2024) – A rear-end collision on Friday, September 13, on westbound Interstate 70 at Missouri 141 left one person injured. The accident involved a 2002 Chrysler Town and Country and a 2019 Lincoln MKC.

Jareth Harrell, 20, the driver of the Chrysler, sustained moderate injuries and was transported to SSM Health DePaul Hospital by the Pattonville Fire Protection District. Michael Price, 62, the driver of the Lincoln, was uninjured and drove away from the scene.

The crash occurred when Harrell’s vehicle struck the rear of Price’s car, forcing the Lincoln into a guardrail and concrete barrier. Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the crash, and further details will be provided as the inquiry progresses.
