Wildlife-Related Collisions in Missouri
Accidents involving wildlife, such as the deer collision on Missouri 8, are a common occurrence on rural and semi-rural roads. These incidents can lead to serious vehicle damage and injuries, especially when animals are thrown into other traffic.
Missouri drivers are urged to remain vigilant, particularly during deer mating and migration seasons, when wildlife activity increases. Reducing speed in wooded or rural areas and scanning the road ahead can help minimize the risks of such accidents.
If you or someone you know has been involved in a wildlife-related crash, seeking appropriate medical care and understanding your options for vehicle repair and compensation are important steps toward recovery.
