St. Charles, MO (November 5, 2024) – A serious vehicle collision occurred on November 4, 2024, at approximately 3:43 p.m. at the intersection of Northbound Route T and Route N. The incident involved two vehicles and resulted in injuries to one of the drivers.
Preliminary reports indicate that a 2011 Ford F150, driven by a 21-year-old male from O’Fallon, MO, failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection. As a result, the front of the Ford struck the left side of a 2015 RAM 1500, which was being driven by a 67-year-old male from Warrenton, MO. Both vehicles sustained extensive damage and were towed by Prime Towing and Recovery.
The driver of the RAM 1500 sustained moderate injuries and was transported to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital – Lake St. Louis by the St. Charles County Ambulance District for further medical evaluation. Fortunately, both drivers were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash.
