St. Charles, MO – Injuries in Two-Vehicle Accident on I-64 West of Prospect

St. Charles, MO (September 6, 2024) – A two-vehicle accident on Thursday, September 5, along westbound I-64 left one driver moderately injured. The crash occurred when a Chevrolet Equinox, driven by 43-year-old Jessica M. Teson, failed to maintain its lane and struck a towed unit behind a Ford F150, driven by 40-year-old Danny W. Schieffer.

Teson’s vehicle exited the roadway and overturned, resulting in moderate injuries. She was transported to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital by St. Charles County Ambulance. Schieffer was uninjured and drove away from the scene.

Authorities are investigating the crash and are expected to release more information as the inquiry continues.
