Left-Turn Collisions and Road Safety in Missouri
Left-turn accidents, such as the tragic collision on Veterans Memorial Parkway, are among the most dangerous traffic scenarios, often involving high-speed impacts. These crashes frequently occur at intersections or private driveways where drivers misjudge the speed or distance of oncoming vehicles, leading to devastating consequences.
Missouri’s fault-based insurance system enables victims and their families to seek compensation for medical bills, lost wages, and other damages caused by negligent actions. In fatal crashes, surviving family members may also pursue wrongful death claims to address the emotional and financial losses associated with the incident.
If you or someone you know has been affected by a left-turn collision, it’s important to seek immediate legal and medical support. Timely action can provide clarity and ensure that victims and their families receive the help they need to move forward.
