Springdale, AR (January 7, 2025) – A fatal accident occurred on the 1600 block of W. Don Tyson Pkwy in Springdale, Washington County at approximately 6:00 PM. According to the Arkansas State Police, the crash involved a 2017 Ford F-350 and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, identified as John Doe, whose age and city of residence remain unknown, was crossing W. Don Tyson Pkwy when the incident occurred. The driver of the Ford F-350, traveling eastbound, reportedly swerved to avoid a collision, but the pedestrian jumped into the vehicle’s path and was struck. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene, and their body was transported to the Washington County Coroner’s Office.
