Spokane, MO (December 22, 2024) – A two-vehicle crash occurred on US 160 at Elder Rd in Spokane Friday evening, resulting in injuries and total vehicle damage for both vehicles. The crash, investigated by TPR J. D. Hood, happened at approximately 5:45 p.m. and involved a 1995 Chevrolet GMT 400 and a 1987 Ford F150.
Reports indicate that the Ford F150, driven by a 72-year-old male from Lamar, MO, rear-ended the Chevrolet GMT 400, driven by a 62-year-old male from Spokane, MO. Both vehicles sustained total damage and were towed from the scene by local services. The Chevrolet was removed by Kenny’s Wrecker of Nixa, and the Ford was towed by Finley River Towing of Nixa.
The driver of the Chevrolet GMT 400 sustained minor injuries and was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield by ambulance. The driver of the Ford F150 also suffered minor injuries but was treated at the scene.
