Speedway, IN (November 11, 2024) – A man tragically lost his life in a late-night crash at the intersection of West 25th Street and North High School Road on Saturday. Speedway Police Department officers responded to the scene at approximately 11:45 PM after receiving a report of a property damage accident.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the male victim inside a black Hyundai Elantra. They immediately removed him from the vehicle and attempted lifesaving measures until medics arrived. Unfortunately, the individual was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Detectives are currently working to identify the driver and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash. No further details have been released at this time.
