Southampton County, VA (February 3, 2025) – Four students sustained injuries and were taken to the hospital following a school bus crash on Monday morning in Southampton County.
According to the Southampton County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred around 6:45 a.m. in the 25000 block of Delaware Rd. Authorities reported that the bus driver was transporting students when they swerved to avoid an object in the road. This action caused the rear of the bus to strike a light pole.
