Sonora, CA (December 11, 2024) – A serious motorcycle collision occurred Monday afternoon around 3:40 PM on West Stockton Street near Ponderosa Way in Sonora. According to the Sonora Police Department, 62-year-old Michael Diffenderfer of Jamestown was riding his motorcycle when he collided with a sedan.
Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene, and Diffenderfer was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. The extent of his injuries has not yet been fully disclosed, but he remains under medical care. The driver of the sedan was not injured in the crash.
