Skagit County, CA (October 11, 2024) – A tragic accident occurred on October 10 in Skagit County, resulting in the death of Paul Hopkins, 65, of Camano Island. The incident took place around 8:15 p.m. on October 8, at the intersection of Bow Hill Road and Highway 11, as reported by the Washington State Patrol (WSP).

According to the WSP, Hopkins was driving a Jaguar XJ6 westbound on Bow Hill Road when he failed to yield at the intersection. Fortunately, the other driver involved in the crash, a 16-year-old from Bow, and his 8-year-old passenger were not injured in the incident.
