Silver Spring, MD (December 29, 2024) – A three-vehicle collision occurred early Saturday morning at the intersection of New Hampshire Ave and Haviland Mill Rd, resulting in one vehicle overturning and one person sustaining trauma injuries. Emergency responders from Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) quickly arrived at the scene.
All occupants involved in the crash were able to exit their vehicles safely. One individual was transported as a Priority 2 trauma patient to a local medical facility for treatment. The extent of the injuries has not been disclosed. The crash caused a roadblock, leading to temporary traffic disruptions in the area as crews worked to clear the scene.
