Sherburne County, MN (January 9, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision occurred on US Highway 169 just south of 253rd Ave early Thursday morning. The crash was reported at approximately 7:34 a.m., involving a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander and a 2006 Chevy Silverado. Both vehicles were traveling southbound when the collision occurred.
Emergency responders, including Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office, Zimmerman Fire and Rescue, and North Memorial Ambulance, quickly arrived at the scene to provide assistance. Both drivers involved sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to Princeton Hospital for treatment.
The driver of the Mitsubishi Outlander, Nancy Ann Krause, 75, of Princeton, MN, was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the collision, and the vehicle’s airbags deployed. The driver of the Chevy Silverado, Carl Thomas Olson, 71, of Zimmerman, MN, was also belted in, but details regarding airbag deployment in his vehicle remain unclear. Alcohol is not believed to have been a factor in the crash.
