Shelburne, VT (February 26, 2025) – A multi-vehicle crash early Wednesday morning on Shelburne Road left two people injured and caused significant damage to all vehicles involved.
Shelburne police, fire, and rescue crews responded to the crash shortly after 6 a.m. According to officials, a blue Honda CR-V traveling north crossed the center line and struck a southbound vehicle driven by 63-year-old Steven Siple. The Honda then collided with another vehicle driven by 67-year-old Rose Okoro before leaving the scene.
Siple sustained moderate injuries, while Okoro suffered serious injuries. Emergency responders transported both individuals to the University of Vermont Medical Center for treatment.
Authorities confirmed that all vehicles involved were totaled and have been towed from the scene. Police are investigating the incident and asking anyone with information to come forward.
