San Diego, CA (December 17, 2024) – The San Diego Coroner’s Office has identified 29-year-old Mostafa Zarepashaei of San Diego as the victim killed in a multi-vehicle collision late Tuesday morning. The crash occurred at approximately 11:17 a.m. in the area of State Route 94 and Barrett Smith Road near Barrett Junction.
Emergency responders, including paramedics and fire crews, arrived at the scene to assist those involved and manage the aftermath of the collision. Despite their efforts, Zarepashaei tragically succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash. Authorities have not released details regarding the number of other vehicles involved or the conditions of additional parties.
