Rutherford, NJ (September 16, 2024) – Three people were injured in a collision early Sunday morning, September 16, on Rte 3 involving a truck and a sedan. Authorities report that Justin R. Latorre, 40, of Newark, attempted a U-turn in his 2022 Ford Ranger, colliding with a 2018 Honda HRV in the westbound lanes.

While initially, four people were believed to be injured, only three were treated for varying injuries. Latorre was arrested and charged with assault by auto and DWI.
