Roger Mills County, OK (January 6, 2025) – Two people lost their lives in a tragic collision early Sunday morning on US-283, approximately seven miles south of Cheyenne. The accident occurred during slick and windy conditions, contributing to the devastating outcome.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the incident happened just after 5 a.m. when a northbound vehicle, driven by Rene G. Despite the extensive rescue efforts, she succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
