Renton, WA (February 18, 2025) – A tragic wrong-way collision claimed the life of one driver and left another injured early Tuesday morning on State Route 167.
Emergency responders rushed to the crash site near Interstate 405 and 180th at approximately 2:30 a.m. after reports of a vehicle traveling southbound in the northbound lanes. The wrong-way driver collided head-on with a semi-truck, resulting in catastrophic damage.
