Redlands, CA (November 24, 2024) – A multi-vehicle collision occurred early Sunday morning on I-10 Eastbound near Live Oak Canyon, causing injuries and significant traffic disruptions.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported the crash at approximately 2:46 AM. Four vehicles were involved, including a white Nissan Rogue and a gray Mitsubishi Outlander, with additional reports of a semi-truck blocking lanes. Both passenger vehicles were initially reported facing the wrong way, blocking multiple lanes, including the HOV lane.
Emergency responders from CAL FIRE and other agencies arrived promptly to provide medical care to injured individuals, including the driver of the Mitsubishi, who was reported with a bloody face and a smoking vehicle. The incident required lane closures and created extensive delays as crews worked to clear the scene and ensure public safety.
