Intersection Crashes in Massachusetts
Intersections are among the most common locations for vehicle crashes, often due to driver misjudgment, failure to yield, or distracted driving. In busy areas like Adams St and Beale St, a combination of heavy traffic and high speeds can increase the risk of serious collisions, including rollovers.
Rollover crashes are particularly dangerous, as they can cause severe injuries due to the violent impact and potential for occupants to be trapped inside the vehicle. Vehicle design, road conditions, and the speed of impact all contribute to the likelihood of a rollover.
Victims of intersection crashes may face medical expenses, rehabilitation, and vehicle repair costs. Seeking legal guidance can help individuals understand their rights and explore options for compensation following an accident.
