Pusheta Twp., OH – One Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on CR25A near Leon Pratt Dr

Pusheta Twp., OH (September 11, 2024) – A two-vehicle crash on CR25A near Leon Pratt Dr. left one person injured Wednesday afternoon. The accident occurred at approximately 12:12 p.m. in Pusheta Township, Auglaize County. 

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Jon P. Bair, 57, of Minster, was driving a 2021 Freightliner Cascadia and turning onto CR25A southbound. Brett W. Eley, 38, of Wapakoneta, was driving a 2010 GMC Yukon northbound when the two vehicles collided.

Mr. Bair was not injured, but Mr. Eley sustained injuries and was flown to Miami Valley Hospital by CareFlight. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. 

Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the accident, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
