Prescott, AZ (January 17, 2025) – A woman is in critical condition, and her infant sustained minor injuries after a rollover crash near Williamson Valley and Camp Wood roads on Tuesday evening. The accident occurred around 5:30 PM when the SUV they were traveling in left the roadway and rolled several times before striking a tree, according to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office.
The driver, a woman in her late 20s from California, was ejected approximately 50 feet from the vehicle during the crash. Emergency responders arrived at the scene, and the woman was flown to a hospital in Flagstaff, where she remains in critical condition. Her infant, who was secured in a car seat, was rescued by a passerby and transported to a hospital in Prescott with minor injuries.
