Pedestrian Accidents in Michigan
Pedestrian fatalities remain a serious concern in Michigan, particularly at busy intersections like Carpenter Rd and Packard Rd. Poor weather conditions, reduced visibility, and driver or pedestrian inattention can all contribute to these tragic incidents.
Drivers are urged to remain cautious in low-visibility conditions, while pedestrians should use designated crosswalks and be aware of approaching vehicles. Even when drivers have the right of way, wet roads can make it harder to stop in time to avoid a collision.
