Pedestrian Accidents in Florida
Florida consistently ranks among the states with the highest number of pedestrian-related traffic accidents. High-traffic roadways such as Gandy Blvd pose significant risks to pedestrians, especially when crossing outside of designated times or against traffic signals.
Even when a pedestrian is found to be at fault, such accidents can have devastating consequences for victims and their families. Florida’s no-fault insurance laws may provide some compensation for medical costs, but fatal accidents often require legal considerations for surviving family members.
