Perry County, KY (February 4, 2025) – Authorities are investigating a fatal hit-and-run accident that claimed the life of a pedestrian on KY-15 in the Ten Mile community on Sunday afternoon.
According to reports, the victim, identified as Hershell Mullins, was struck and killed by a vehicle. The driver, later identified as Timothy Noyes of Busy, allegedly fled the scene.
Law enforcement officers launched an immediate search and were able to locate the suspect’s vehicle. Noyes was arrested and is now facing multiple charges, including manslaughter, suspicion of operating under the influence (OUI), driving on a DUI-suspended license, and leaving the scene of an accident.
Investigators are continuing to review the circumstances surrounding the crash. Additional details regarding the exact cause of the collision have not been released at this time.
