Authorities have confirmed the closure of both eastbound and westbound lanes on SR 138 between 240th St E and Puzzle Cyn Rd for several hours due to the severity of the collision and ongoing investigation. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) has issued a SigAlert and is directing traffic around the area. The coroner has been notified, with an estimated arrival time of 1 hour 45 minutes.
