The victims have been identified as Dynasty Chivers, 40, and her 19-year-old daughter, Navia Martinez. Both were tragically unable to escape the fire. A 16-year-old boy, also inside the home, managed to flee the burning structure and was transported to the Regional Medical Center in Anniston with non-life-threatening injuries.
