The incident occurred around 8:15 p.m., leaving both pedestrians with moderate to severe injuries. Emergency responders, including Cal Fire, arrived and found the victims on the ground.

The pregnant woman’s condition prompted a trauma team activation, and both victims were transported to Enloe Medical Center. Their identities have not been officially released, but family members confirmed the involvement of Elizabeth Bergman’s daughter and her friend.
