Orangeburg County, SC (January 3, 2025) – A tragic single-vehicle crash on Tee Vee Rd at SC 6 on Thursday evening resulted in the death of one individual, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred at approximately 7:50 p.m. when a 2005 Honda Accord, traveling south on Tee Vee Rd, veered off the left side of the roadway. The vehicle collided with a fence, a utility pole, and a building before overturning. Two occupants were in the car at the time of the crash.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene due to the severity of their injuries, while the other occupant was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The current condition of the injured individual has not been disclosed.
The cause of the collision is currently under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol. No further details have been released at this time.
