Omaha, NE (December 2, 2024) – A man is hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle during a chaotic incident early Monday morning near the intersection of Ames Ave and 36th St. Omaha Police responded to a traffic stop at approximately 2:00 a.m. for speeding. During the stop, several individuals attempted to flee the scene on foot. One of the fleeing individuals was struck by the car involved in the traffic stop.
