Omaha, NE (October 11, 2024) – A multi-vehicle accident occurred on Wednesday, October 9 at approximately 3:18 PM at the intersection of 30th and Cuming Street, resulting in multiple injuries. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene, including units from the Omaha Fire Department (OFD).
Upon arrival, responders found several patients with varying injuries. A male in his 30s sustained a head laceration and was reported to not have been wearing a seatbelt. - M1 en route with a male patient in his 30s, classified as code 2 trauma.
- M25 en route with a male patient in his 30s, who was identified as the driver of a stolen flatbed truck that caused the accident, classified as code 3 trauma.
- M24 en route with a female patient in her 20s, classified as code 2 trauma.
