Ocean City, MD (September 14, 2024) – A motorcycle-pedestrian crash occurred at 12th St and Philadelphia Ave around 9:33 p.m., leaving one juvenile critically injured. EMS transported the critical patient, and Maryland State Police Trooper 4 was dispatched for an airlift to Baltimore.

At 10:37 p.m., Trooper 4 departed from the Ocean City airport, landing at Shock Trauma in Baltimore at 11:15 p.m. A second patient on the scene refused treatment. Authorities have redirected traffic in the area, and the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
