The incident took place early on Saturday morning, October 5, with emergency services responding at approximately 2:08 a.m.

North Collier Fire and Collier County EMS crews were dispatched to the scene to provide assistance. According to the On-Call Media Relations Officer from the Collier County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO), confirmed reports at 2:57 a.m. indicated that two occupants of the vehicle met the criteria for “Trauma Alert” due to the severity of their injuries.

Initial reports suggest that the female driver and a male passenger, both in their mid-20s, were the two individuals classified as “Trauma Alert” patients. The male was transported to NCH North Naples, while the female was taken to NCH Downtown for further medical evaluation. A third occupant, approximately 23 years old, sustained minor injuries and was also transported to NCH North.
