Big Rig Accidents in Washington
Truck accidents, particularly those involving big rigs, often lead to severe or fatal injuries due to the sheer size and weight of commercial vehicles. Highways like US-2 see frequent truck traffic, increasing the potential for devastating collisions. Common factors in truck crashes include driver fatigue, mechanical failures, distracted driving, and adverse road conditions.
When a fatal truck accident occurs, the aftermath can be overwhelming for the victim’s family. Funeral costs, loss of income, and emotional distress are just a few of the challenges they may face. Washington law allows families of fatal accident victims to seek compensation if negligence played a role in the crash.
