Naples, FL (December 23, 2024) – A tragic accident claimed the life of a pedestrian in the northbound lanes of Collier Blvd, just south of Hacienda Lakes Pkwy, on Sunday evening. Emergency responders, including Greater Naples Fire and Collier County EMS, arrived at the scene at approximately 8:08 p.m.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The vehicle involved in the collision remained on-site and showed visible damage to the passenger side. The northbound lanes of Collier Blvd were temporarily closed for investigation and cleanup but have since reopened.
